Friday June 7th 2019
5:50 AM: Woke up. Accidentally turned off alarm for Friday for 5:30 AM, now I simply have one alarm seven days a week for 5:30 AM and I hop in bed every night by 9:00 PM. No excuses.
6:30 AM: LiketoKnow.it Shoot. Today I am sporting:

It’s a beautiful spring day. It’s important to remember that for 2019 Summer starts June 21st and ends September 23rd so we’re still in Spring as of June 7th 2019.
I’ve noticed my favorite shoots are in the streets of West Village in front of the beautiful town homes. The bigger the staircase and gardens, the better. My favorite style of The City townhome is when one paints the front door a bright, cheerful, and strong color such as red, turquoise, yellow, and pink.
7:25 AM: I wrap up todays blog post from yesterday and back to work.
10:29 AM: It’s ironic when a song plays and it relates to an experience one is going through at the time. Is it ironic and fate or is it because our brains yearn and have hunger for answers when we go through an uncomfortable experience? (It’s the second one).
12:43 PM: Received a message from a guardian angel and it brightened my day.
1:00 PM: Starbucks Chicken Sandwich $6.95, they heat it up, 32+grams of protein.
3:00 PM: Rite Aid: Sunscreen & Muscle Milk for The Hudson River 6 mile run.
5:30 PM: Run was great. A lot cooler today.
5:45 PM: Manhattan Fruit Market at Chelsea Market Local.
6:00 PM: Headed to another fitness class. Since it’s a Friday evening, I’m young, and I don’t drink nor go out unless it’s a business meeting, I’ll do a double on my exercise today and sleep well tonight.
6:15 PM: There’s a bug in iOS 12 in which when one changes the address of an event and taps on the events newly changed address, it will take you to the old address, hence I ended in up in Chinatown instead of Chelsea. Headed to 23rd St.
6:30 PM: Made it to my second workout just in time. Looking forward to blogging about this experience.
8:30 PM: I stop by CVS and use self-checkout to get my eggs for the morning, a gallon of OJ, and a peanut butter dark chocolate chip bar. I use self check-out and I’m amazed at how many places use self-checkout now and many without an employee present. Our world is becoming so robotic.
Beautiful sunset on the way home.
JoJo’s Jot: Do not stop in the middle of the crosswalk to take pictures of the sunsets between buildings. As euphoric as this may feel, one could also be flattened for life.
9:00 PM: Reading and bed.
Today was hard. I learned a lot about work, finance, and the way people work (and don’t work).
