This morning I read The New York Times article (click the image below to read) that explains how not only is car ownership declining but “private” public transportation is on the rise including motorcycle taxi’s, Uber & Lyft carpools, Byrds (those electric scooters that are just waiting for a lawsuit), and even “Uber” jets. After doing the math, it is far more economical to use Uber carpool if one works within just a few miles of their home but if one’s work takes them all over the city, it becomes an incredibly costly choice. Just imagine a world without garages, inspection stickers, license plates, car washes, flat tires, expensive rims, car insurance, gasoline, parking, & car leases. Looking forward to it!

I enjoy owning a car. It is easy to go whatever time or place you chose! If you are going to the airport—then-take an Urber etc!
Good to know Mimi. Many thanks!
