Funday Friday

Even as we get older Friday is still that thrilled day of the week. It’s a reminder that we’re all young at heart and that we’re eager to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the workweek. Just because it’s the weekend doesn’t mean I have to stop working. I look forward to the weekend because it gives me an opportunity for more photo shoots and wardrobe changes. There’s an endless amount of possibilities when it comes to photo shoots and clothes and because of this, wearing specific clothes is not only a fashion statement it’s also who I am. Fashion really does describe who I am even if one is looking at me and doesn’t know who I am personally. In a way this is the beauty of fashion.

I’ve heard a bird say that it’s so offensive to hear someone judge someone based on their fashions but the truth is I expect my fashions to make an impact on people who are looking at me whether they know me or not. Because of this I like to express my fashion choices with bright vivid colors and happy tones that can put a smile on anyone’s face. I love that cheerful vibe on fashions that have special patterns, unique designs, and fun shapes and colors like hexagons and turquoise. Did I mention polkadots? Here’s a side note: These Levi jeans work with any outfit every day of the week. Here’s another little tip: do you have a button up shirt that you were absolutely in love with but don’t want to take to the cleaners and it’s wrinkled like no other in the washer?

Simply toss your favorite button up shirt in your dryer for 10 minutes and throw a couple of ice cubes inside. Immediately pull out your button up shirt from the dryer and see the JoJo Magic! No wrinkles! This can be incredibly helpful when darting to that next client or next photo shoot. I honestly think it’s kind of neat because it’s as if you have your own dry cleaning service built into your laundry closet! Not to mention this saves a ton of time. Also, back to the jeans, these beauties survived nine flights in December, the Paris riots, the London riots, Tokyo, & Kyoto and they still fit me just fabulous. Here’s a little secret: I threw these pair of jeans in the washer and dryer at max heat and max wash and they still come out good as new from where I purchased them which by the way was in the heart of London. I hope everyone has a great weekend! If interested in my jeans, just click on any of my pics to shop my look! More to come! -JoJo’s Jots
