One of the greatest breakfasts to enjoy is the all you can eat buffet at The Breakers which includes healthy options and a mighty fine staff. I like to start my breakfast with beverages including black coffee to get me going and orange juice for a healthy heart.
What completes a healthy power breakfast is what I call the “All-in-One Omelette,” which includes parmesan and cheddar cheeses, spinach, bell peppers, ham, sausage, onions and eggs. Why not egg whites? Without that egg yolk, you’re stripping out all the good vitamins that promote your health such as A, D, E, K, and essential fatty acids.
I enjoy wrapping up my breakfast with three servings of yogurt. These yogurts include home made chai seed and granola fruit infused parfaits from The Breakers chef whom is top notch!
